Conversion SAP Calculations

If you convert or renovate a building such that there has been a material change of use, we can undertake a SAP assessment to demonstrate Part L compliance

Air Pressure Testing

With few exceptions, all new dwellings require an air leakage test, the result is incorporated into your As Built SAP Calculation

SBEM Calculations

Newly constructed and some extended and converted commercial buildings require an SBEM calculation, in order to demonstrate compliance with Part L2 of the Building Regulations

EPCs = From £120 per unit
Highly Glazed Extension Calculations

If you build an extension where the glazing is over 25% of the floor area, then we can undertake a SAP assessment to demonstrate Part L compliance

Area Weighted U-value Calculation = From £70
Whole House SAP = From £140
Part G Water Calculations

Newly constructed dwellings require a Part G Water Calculation to be carried out to assess water efficiency and to determine the specification and flow rates of appliances and fittings using water.

Part F Extract Fan / Ventilation Testing

Ventilation testing compliant with Part F of the Building Regulations

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

We can provide EPCs for Existing AND New Dwellings.

Energy Statements

The purpose of Energy Statements is to clarify how a development will achieve a reduction in energy usage or CO2 emissions that complies with the minimum standards set out by the local planning authority and which go beyond UK Building Regulations. Thus demonstrating a commitment to achieving a sustainable development.
